The Old Place
Thus old barn fascinated me in that it was located right in the middle of picturesque Sonoma. Since I took this shot, the barn was completed restored with new metal rooking. I admit that I preferred the old version.
The house proved to be a rather precarious site to shoot. The old, abandoned house was nestled deep in the woods in Irvington, Virginia.

These old barns can be seen in a deserted field just south of the town of Mendocino. They have all of the character that makes dilapidated barns so incredibly interesting.
